It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they order the correct type of vehicle suitable to carry the numbers of passengers and luggage. It is the law in the U.K every passenger must have a seat belt and luggage be safely stowed
Prices quoted and paid are based on the passengers being ready to travel at the booked time.
All telphone bookings are taken with great care and attention to ensure accuracy is maintained. We reserve the right to record telephone conversations to our office for training and verification purposes.
We will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by a third party.
We send e-mail confirmations to all of our passengers, provided they have included a valid e-mail address with their booking. This will include phone bookings as well as web bookings. With out a valid booking confirmation number, either issued verbally or in writing your booking is not confirmed
Payments may be made by the following methods:
For all bookings made by debit card there will be an additional charge of £1.00 and for credit cards there will be an additional charge of £2.50 up £100.00. Any amount exceeding £100.00 a 3% surcharge will be added to the fare.
VAT is chargeable on Account bookings only. If you have made an account booking and require a VAT receipt, please contact us.
All pickups from the airports and cruise ports include up to 1 hour free waiting time from the actual landing time/docking time. Any further waiting time will be charged at 25p per minute (minimum £2.50). Flight delays are exempt from this charges.
Pickups from home, hotel, offices and other venues include up to 5 minutes free waiting time from the actual booked time, thereafter 25p per minute (minimum £2.50) will be added to the fare quoted.
Additional passengers and luggages may be added with the permission of British Airports Cars to the car ordered but not exceeding the numbers per vehicle type ordered.
Additional drop offs and pickups will be charged per mile with a minimum fee of £5.00 per diversion.
A booking can be cancelled at any time up to 12 hours prior to the the booked date and time, cancellations will be confirmed by email.
If the passenger misses their flight this information must be informed to us immediately so that we may notify the driver not to enter the airport for that pick up. If the journey was pre paid it will be refunded less £6.00 administration charges. However if the passenger wishes to reshedule the booking for a later flight we will re schedule the booking at no extra cost.
Our Prices will be 50% higher on the following dates; 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January. This is to ensure we can provide the financial incentive for drivers to work during festive season.
